CAYD seeks to accomplish its mission by building the capacity of youth serving organizations to better serve youth by engaging youth service organization in the four following activities:

Technical Assistance

CAYD Consultants can provide technical assistance for intervention design and implementation.  Our consultants can assist with identifying best practices, model and evidenced based programs, and strategies to implement programs and interventions.  We utilize a collaborative approach to learn from Youth Serving Organizations (YSO), to assess their strengths and resources, and to develop strategic plans for sustainability.
