YSPs/YSOs can contact the CAYD office through our web-based request for services, telephone communications, or personal inquiries.  YSP/YSO will be assigned a CAYD consultant who will do an initial intake consultation to assess the needs and identify appropriate resources within CAYD.  A Plan of Action will be developed for the YSP/YSO.  And finally a CAYD evaluation will be administered to the YSP/YSO.
