CAYD Consultants can provide technical assistance for intervention design and implementation. Our consultants can assist with identifying best practices, model and evidenced based programs, and strategies to implement programs and interventions. We utilize a collaborative approach to learn from Youth Serving Organizations (YSO), to assess their strengths and resources, and to develop strategic plans for sustainability.

CAYD will provide technical assistance for such activities as designing and developing youth development interventions. This service is not a grant writing service although we will provide technical assistance (i.e., theoretical and conceptual language) for external funding. Technical assistance will be provided in three consultations per intervention.
